Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Paykassma partner platform ("Service"), operated at paykassma.net. By creating an account or using any part of our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

To register as a Paykassma partner, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have access to a valid bKash or Nagad mobile wallet
• Provide accurate, truthful information during registration
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law
• Have read and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

3. Partner Account

When you register as a partner, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• You will not share your account with any third party
• All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility
• You will notify us immediately via Telegram if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

4. Trust Balance

The Trust Balance is a refundable security deposit:

• Adding Trust Balance is optional but recommended to demonstrate your commitment as a partner
• Your Trust Balance is always yours and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the standard withdrawal process
• Trust Balance is not used to deduct commissions or platform fees
• Paykassma reserves the right to hold Trust Balance if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending investigation

5. Commission and Payments

• Commission rates are determined by your registered wallet type and are subject to change with prior notice
• Commissions are calculated based on transaction volume processed through your registered wallet
• Commissions are credited to your income balance automatically; you may withdraw them at any time
• Paykassma does not guarantee a minimum transaction volume or minimum earnings
• Paykassma reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 48 hours' advance notice to partners

6. Partner Obligations

As a Paykassma partner, you agree to:

• Keep your registered wallet active and able to receive transactions
• Not interfere with or attempt to manipulate the transaction processing system
• Not use multiple accounts to circumvent per-account limits
• Report any technical issues or discrepancies in your balance promptly
• Not engage in any fraudulent transaction activities

7. Affiliate Program

• The affiliate referral bonus (currently 2.5%) is applied to deposited amounts of referred partners
• The referral bonus rate may be adjusted at Paykassma's discretion with prior notice
• Artificial referrals (e.g., referring yourself or associates for the purpose of bonus manipulation) are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination
• Affiliate bonuses are credited to your Affiliate Balance and can be converted to Trust Balance at any time

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or account use
• Attempting to manipulate transaction data or commission calculations
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or referral programs
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform

9. Account Suspension and Termination

Paykassma reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• There is suspicious or fraudulent activity associated with your account
• Your wallet becomes permanently inactive or closed
• You request account closure

Upon termination for cause, any pending commission payments may be withheld pending investigation. Trust Balance will be refunded within a reasonable period unless there are outstanding obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Paykassma is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• Paykassma is not responsible for losses arising from wallet inactivity, system downtime, or third-party payment processor issues
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 30 days preceding the claim

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via your registered contact information with at least 48 hours' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
